lol!

Good one! Nice voice editing too! xD

Bad...

very bad boy you got there. This one is full of hatred and energy. Epicness for sure. Could underline a very mean and big boss fight in the game. Apart from the other reviewers...I liked the ending. I mean, it's a loop after all not a song and it's balanced perfectly for that. Up's and down's just like in a fight.

The soundquality of course was on a high level, like always. I have nothing else to say than good job and yet again, best of luck! :)

0.75/5! ;)

MaestroRage responds:

when I read your summary line I was like "OH NOES, HE TINKS IT R BED!!!"

and then the rest let me breathe a sigh of relief, cuz you played that dirty mind game. Apox on your unborn children.

I'm glad you like the ending, that makes in total, the two of us :D! Huzzah! I personally like the ending myself, so I don't really intend on changing it, but hey, i'll let the contest speak for itself!

Also, one day I shall create a song called 0.75, and it will consume your soul! Thank you for the review my good sir, i'm glad you liked it!

Cool!

Sounds pretty boob on to the original. Nicely done. My only complaint is that the final master output is a tad to high but other than that minor error is was swell to listen to. Good job dude! :D

Battle you say?

To be honest...if it should be something for a battle...it's not fitting at all. There is no real energy in it to underline a battle scene - cept for the part from 0:30 - 1:00. For a movie ok, for a game, I don't think so...but in the end thats up to the judges to decide.

Anyways, the tune itself hold together strongly. It may not be the best fitting one I've heard in the contest but it was nicely done, so props therefore. Good luck in the contest.

Mornin?

Sounds like it could be something for an uprising day. It wassweet and well done. Don't know where it could fit in CC but it surely has potential. Good overall sound. Not much to say else! Nice submission! Good luck!

Needs work!

A calm beginning, which is often nice for an intro...though, you get instantly slapped in the face of the main synth. It's hurting. :/ The main kick is way to muted to give the track some extra boost. This needs def. more work on the mixing and mastering but apart from that I enjoyed listening to it. You did a good on the remix...I guess. XD

Just work more on your mixing/mastering skillz and you are good to go. :)

Word!

Good jobs you guys!

5'd!

Thanks DAD!\m/

Menu music?

I'd say ending credits. It's too sad for a menu, especially when the game is called Castle Crashers. It works as an outro for me but not as something for a menu. Anyways, it was nice to listen to. Good adjustmenst overall, though, the hi-hat sounded a little strange but meh, thats just me anyways. ;)

Good job thar none the less and good luck for the contest mate!

Teh 5.

Now look who we have here...

my arch nemesis. I'll pwn you this time! >:( It seems to me you are like a ninja...waiting for the right moment to sneak up and plant a bomb or two. :P

Anyways, welcome back and good luck for the contest. This tune was good, not very unique, since I've heard a lot of classical submission so far that sound kinda similar to this one. None the less it's composed on a high level and could be well fitting for a certain Ingame situation or the credits (in my view at least).

The soundquality is on a high standard, as already heard in your other submissions. So overall, I say swell job on this. Surely a strong submission to the contest but in the end...I'll pwn you, you hear me!? >:(

5/5!

Arbiter responds:

I am the ninja you described, oh yes.
However, Darkside, my nemesis! I will defeat you by ONE spot this year as well!
(even if I don't make it to the finals)

Nice!

Calm beginning which leads into some good melodical metal afterwards. Drums were audible but gaaah way to quite the hole time. >: /

Also...could I hear the cuts you did? Yes I could or at least it sounded like that. If you need to cut a layer or overrecord something, watch out that the signal you recorded does go smooth with the previous recording. Maybe it just sounded strange because of the drums but that just for the info. ;)

Anyways, quite cool track. Missed some bad ass riffs but it was good overall. Still 5/5 since the current score is undeserved!

jdh504 responds:

Yeah I just picked one drum loop to use for the whole time in the beginning and just messed with the intensity and variations and such, but I probably should've made them louder in the whole mix. I think I might know which part you're talking about with the cut, I'm pretty sure I've accidentally done that before, thanks for that info though, I'll have to focus on that more often. I do wish I could've done more stuff with the heavier riffs, but every time I do that kind of thing and the song's running on like 3 minutes, I always think that if I keep on going that I'm probably gonna go over the size limit for newgrounds, so I just find a way to end the song. Thanks for the review though man, I appreciate it.

...Music is the way to show your deepest feelings... Not everyone likes metal... FUCK THEM!! kekeke! ^_ ^
