Pretty good! :)

Not a bad start. Nice guitaring, cool sweeps. The major let-down on this would be that the sound is bad...veeery bad. I guess you just recorded with a amp miced in your room. ;)

For your guitaring there isn't much to say, but you can improve a lot on the actual recording itself. Drums wouldn't been bad. For the start there is acoustica beatcraft. You can downlaod a free trail here. www.acoustica.com/beatcraft/

Welcome aboard fellow Mega Man coverers. I somewhere heard this song before so it was quite familiar with it. Isn't there something with Top Man as well? I do like vocals version of Mega Man covers, if they are executed well of course. Which this one is. ;)

Anyways, cool song. Only thing I didn't like was the eq'ing of the guitars. They could have been a little bit more present in the mix. Drums and bass got a good tone so no complains there.

Overall, I liked it and therefore you'll get my 5. I also have quite an amount of Mega Man covers and remixes on my page. So if you like, check them out! ;)

Hey thanks for the review! We're actually not the band who did the Top Man song - that's a band called Game Over from Sweden. So far we've only done the MM2 soundtrack.

As far as the EQ goes, a lot of that is due to the mp3 quality... the track off the CD is a lot clearer. I checked out your Mega Man X covers and the MM5 song... pretty sweet!

I doesn't count on the amount of people doing the music. If you look a little bit around in the Heavy Metal area, you'll notice that most of the top songs are made stand alone. So, no whining around. ;)

Well...what to say to this? Phew...soundquality? You said it yourself, wasn't good. The vox are IMHO just random stuff you came up with. As well as with the riffs. It's more a jam than a real tune. ;P

Anyways, apart from all that, it was ok. Not the best that's for sure but w/e. Incase you want to do something for real, look into some drum programs first, so that you have a steady beat that supports your playing. Ok for the start is Acoustica Beatcraft. You can download a free trial at acoustica.com/beatcraft. Some bigger names are EZDrummer (what I use), Battery or Stormdrum just so that you have something to compare.

What's this? Mixing up your guitar with the synth? Interesting. Good choice with the condenser mic., the sound of the acoustic is very clear and gentle. The guitar fits very good along with the synth and for me, it nearly loops perfectly. It's always hard to make mp3 loops, you should now this as well, so in my opinion you did a good job on this!

While it's good to hear something new from you again...I'm a bit disappointed in the riffs and leads you put in. Just compare with a couple of other songs from you...isn't there something similar with the leads? For me...fer sure. Get out of there! Just try out a couple of new scales. Hell, there are tons on teh internoodle. It will only benefit your future tracks.

Now I do like the more present guitar sound in your newest subs, though...you STILL have your everlasting struggle with clippings. :/ Haven't you looked into the tools I've recommended you forgetable old fart. ;)

I've still listened to this a couple of times over, so all in all I enjoyed it ma man. Just work more on your tunes you lazy ass. ;)

Agree with all, but..cubase detected no clipping, after I applied the master limiter. On my headphones, on my SURROUND sound..at an incredible volume...this sounds pretty fucking good. And with the leads yeah, I don't play lead, well. Never have. I don't really have the desire to learn either. This was what I had...as I've been blocked for some good time now.

I'm tired. I'm pretty much done, trying to write my own shit, master it and worry about all the little things. I'm not lazy, I'm just bent for time, and its becoming more work than fun. So I'm thinking on taking a nice long break from making my own stuffs and just help others with vocals , cause I love doing that for people. But I don't know man.

Hmm...but that's the usual with you. Now the unusual is this song. It combines a lot of classical and even some...caribbean elements? You even included a harp pattern near the end. An interesting but not unusual mix from you.

As expected the soundquality is nothing to talk about here my good sir. A nice flow goes on with the hole song. The only minor let-down is the vox in the middle but I think the "500" dollars for a real singer (lol) will benefit this track even more. ;)

Overall...not much to say about it. It's a kick ass job as usual my fiend...eeh, friend. >:(

Btw. you might consider checking my newest piece. You should remember that you participated in it. Just couldn't give ya credit. Stupid no0b used it for a crappy flash before I could even write some lines down with the new feature.

Yeah I know, the 500 dollars, biggest waste of life ever. I should update this song without that horrible vox... gawd every time I think about how excited I was to get it, it breaks my heart man. Luckily I got rid of that for Ministry of Rock! Thats going to be much better :D! And with that help I can collab with you a lot more, as it lets me do some guitar work, and show you my ideas much better.
