Noic!

So, Amplitude seems to work quite well for you. Nice riffs you got going on there man. Though, I agree with speedy...too much mids/highs. Also, your kick drum seems to be "nowhere" around either - more gain for that bastard in the mixer.

I liked the main riff of this one a lot. It's packed with energy and lots of shizzlz. ;D

Overall, good going! \m/

Cool!

Somehow, the intro reminds me of something...can't lay my finger on it though. I very much liked the touch with the bongos, added a very indie feel to it...or wait...Selpultura maybe? lol. ;D Nice solo as well afterwards but the drums were way to muted for my taste. Like the snare though, had some nice reverb on it.

Overall, I say good job to this!

jdh504 responds:

Yeah, with the recording software we have some "African Tribal Drums" that I've only used in like 1 other song, so I figured I would use them. By saying the drums are muted, do you mean that they're too low in volume? or are you saying that they should've been heavier in some parts, I did realize after recording it that the drums were pretty low in volume in the final mix, so I might try and edit that and see what I can do. Thanks for the review dude, I appreciate it.

Quite nice!

Still say you could do way better but...this one was ok. I heard the riffs, the drums and all but it didn't gave me teh chillz you know. You executed the riffs quite good but it was getting boring after awhile. I mean, yeah sure, you do it for fun but you got the skillz to do some more with it rather than just slamming it on the table.

Anyways, keep it up mang!

Casualty responds:

Oh, but I have even more variation than the original song, and you know it :P

Thanks for the awesome review!

>: (

You can do better and you know it. Don't be a fucking lazy bum man. :P

Sigh. >: (

Casualty responds:

Yeah, I sure know it. I'll try my best next time, k :)

And thanks for the review!

Sucks! ;D

I enjoyed it man. Though, the kick could be a little more up in the mix. (lolololol). ;D

Elf layed some nice vocals in there, though, his equipment isn't the best for voice recordings. :(

None the less, you did a flawless job on the guitar playing! Nice one fucker! \m/

speedmetalmessiah responds:

Yeah, he really needs to get a mixer and a nice condenser mic. Thanks for the review man. Oh, and you know you love the kick.

Choolz!

Nice bassy opening man! Driving stuff for sure...though. What happened to your sound? It's still good don't get me wrong but somehow it's a little powerless. Sounds like you held back or something or do you want to go into the direction, less volume more quality?

Still, cool stuff matey!

GoreBastard responds:

Cheers mate!
Yeah the sound is weaker than usual. That's not on purpose though. I'm not using cubase and the guitar port anymore because my computer has become to shit to run them both, so I've been using a Tascam digital 8 track instead. I'm still playing around with it to try getting better quality but so far I've not managed to get it as good as the guitar port.
Thanks for fucking screbbing it out though Matt McScrebson!

evy metul.

Good one!

A bit chaotic in the way everything sounds but the idea it's pretty sweet. Redo it and it should kick some major ass! Is that a slayer vst bass? :/

If so, try to get a better sound of it, otherwise it sounds so "videogamish". Overall, it's cool so far! Well played also!

Keep it up! \m/

jdh504 responds:

Hopefully I'll have it redone sometime soon. The bass is from garageband on my brothers mac, and I think it's called something like "electric slap bass" or something like that, but I did think the first riff sounded something like slayer might do lol. Up until now I haven't ever thought of it being videogamish, but I really see what you're talking about, surprised I haven't noticed that earlier, thanks for the review man.

Short...

but sweet, thats all I have to say here. Oh, now look at your kick, it's audible as well but could be a little more present in the mix. ;D

I'm a wuzz I know. lol.

speedmetalmessiah responds:

Hahaha, I probably deserved that. I'm always bitching about how your kick is always justa bit too low in the mix. Glad you liked it man.

Very smooth!

Great opening there buddy. The synth are pushing the swell guitar playing even more. Nice use of sfx there for the guitars. I enjoyed it very much. Though...don't you have to finish http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/liste n/78945 one first? I'm fucking waiting for this fucker!

All in all, you suck! ;D

Metaljonus responds:
