[Roots bloody Roots/w drums]

D'oh!

You know I cover this baby with my band myself...and this one...ugh...Ok...let's get started shall we?

First off. The beat is way too fast! It needs to be slow and druggy. I can't bearly hear the drums and the guitars are too distorted.

Also, there were some fucked up's in your playing and recording. As for the solo, well, nobody can't cover that cause it's just fx stuff, so good job on that one.

Overall it was an ok try, but next time you should record and mix it better, cause you will get flammed if you fuck up a good song. ;)

The FX i used intro and outro is a highly modified distortion i created with an ADDED Classic Distortion all knobs at max, and WAH effect... which you turn up and down to get that WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR sound. Well, I didn't like the drums that much, the ongoing cymbal was a bit annoying, it would have been better without it. Also the drums are a tad too loud in the overall mix.

Cool track but needs a bit more mixing ya fookas.

Sounds funny, could fit good for a the tankmen flash. I have to admit, that synth kick you added is a tad to loud, I would lower it a bit. It's cool by far. Let's see what your second submission is. :D

Funny little composion there man. Sounds more like a "drunken" march of the Thankmen. I could imagen this for a very funny episode. Yeah, good work man and good luck for the contest! I'm curious if you will release a second entry as well. :)

Thanks for your review! A second entry... I'm not sure, I think Rucklo meant you can submit one song from August and one song from before, so until I know to what extent that is written in stone, I'll spend energy on something else and just insert a previous track that would apply...

I think that bugged me was the intro, it clipped a bit and was damn sharp. My ears still hurt! :-P

Then it all gets dancy! :D

The beat you got ongoing was superb, also the panning of the synth in the background was nice. Though you could have brought the drums a bit more up in the mix and lower the real sharp synths!!

None the less it's quality work! Keep it up!
