Yes, I thought it was Mudvayne style, and I wanted to try something a little more nu, like Muddy and Voivod (even though Voivod are Canadian thrash, listen to the finishing riff of this song, that's what they sound like). Yeah, I don't really look at the scores for originality, I just read the words!

The only reason I put this song here is because the song's called 'I Will Defy', plus this account needed one decent song. I'll probably add vox and submit that to the Flame account.

Umm, it normally takes an afternoon non-stop to record, like 4-5 hours for me, but it takes me weeks to write the songs, and I write lyrics to build a structure, even though I don't use them.

...and who's your sponsor? I want to tell them thanks for saying my music is fucking cool as fuck.

Good tune aswell, a little short for me, but ok. The screams? or whatever bother a little, but it's ok how it is. Cool shit, would like to see/hear more from you in the future. The guitarsound is top notch.

Thanks. Grind is meant to be short, and I think this song is about the optimal length, grindarily speaking :P. I wouldn't call them screams by the way. More the opposite really. Not to everyones taste, but a few people like it :)

For someone who plays just 2 years, this is outstanding. The first little Solo sounded cool man. It's a long track but there a many things in there, that keeps it interesting. A well build track. Deserves my 5 for sure. Puh...I need to get my ass on recording again...>_<

Hahaha it's funny you should mention Mudvayne, my next song (going on my I_Will_Defy account) sounds a fucking hell of a lot like Mudvayne! But it also sounds like Machine Head and Voivod, so it is extra fucking cool!!

First of all, I have to agree with the others, this sounds just like some metallica song, but hey, fuck it, it's more than I could imagen with 15...I mean, I didn't played guitar at that age, I started with 16 1/2...and I'm still bad at it though. I wish I started earlier, could turn back time...but thats life, some have the time, some don't...Anyways, great playing, everything fits well, wouldn't change a thing. It's not really "Heavy Metal" but in the Misc. Area, this would be forgotten quickly and it's good that you put it in HM section.

This is getting my 5 and dl for sure, I see that your in my kind of style, so maybe we could do a collab sometime if you want. I'm currently "out of order" cause I'm getting a new Comp. and working on my recording technic and stuff. But if your interested in it, mail me or something...
